From the Request Payout screen, please specify that you wish to withdraw using Citadel.
Choose which wallet to withdraw funds from and enter the amount of money you wish to withdraw.
BikeFreePoker.com will verify the information you entered and will process your request.

After confirming your payout, your myCitadel transfer will be sent to the email address you registered with BikeFreePoker.com. Please verify this information. To make any changes, select the Lobby button within the software then choose Validate/Change E-mail.

From the "Cashier" option, within the software, select "View Payout Status". If you have requested a payout and it has not yet been processed, you will see a "Payouts Summary". By simply clicking on the " Cancel Button" you may reverse any pending payout requests.
